This Privacy Policy govens the manner in which GeckoHost collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of GeckoHost services.

GeckoHost may collect personally identifiable information from Users in a variety of ways. The information collected from such users is used for the billing and administrative functions for the user. Information collected by GeckoHost is not provided to any outside party unless explicitly stated.

GeckoHost reserves the right to use such information in an aggregate manner. At no time will the personally identifiable information be released unless explicitly requested.

Given the nature of the GeckoHost service, personally identifiable information that may be displayed on the client site is the responsibility of the client.

Security measures are in place to protect against loss, alteration, or misuse of data collected. Clients are responsible for ensuring that only they or their authorized designees utilize their accounts. Suspected incidents of unauthorized use of a client account should be reported immediately to our Abuse Investigations department at abuse@geckohost.com for attention.
